Abstract

Germ stem cells divide for a long-term to maintain their populations and form differentiated gametes. The unstable regulator protein Geminin is thought to be one of the factors that determine whether stem cells will continue to divide or undergo terminal differentiation. In this review, the functions of Geminin molecule will be examined.
